Amazing service. I believe the gentleman that helped us was named Jacob - he made sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely polite; excused me when I sneezed and said please and thank you to his fellow coworkers whenever he could. The service he provided that day will insure we return in the future. Great Job!

Their burgers and onion rings are very good but i find there fries are very sub par. I have never tryd the Swiss Chalet part of it so i can't say anything about it. I have only ever had an isue with 1 employee and that was taken care of very quickly and politely. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good burger

The Swiss Chalet service is a perfect combination between take out and sit down. The staff knew the menu well and were kind. Great service all around, right downtown.
